Returns/Cancelations Policy

Terms of change / return of items

To change any item purchased at you must:

The products must be in excellent condition, unused, and in their original packaging without the special markings (eg labels) being removed.
All accompanying documents (eg retail receipt, invoice and consignment note or change card) must be included with the products.
Returns of items are made at the purchase value of the items.


When the products are received, they will be checked for their condition (by the respective store or headquarters) and, provided that the above terms of the Company’s return policy are met, the necessary retail refund will be made for the change of products or refund.


Order cancellation / refund

In case the Customer wants to cancel the order, he should send an email to [email protected] regarding CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER and the order number.

Our company will accept the cancellation and will refund the amount to the customer within 14 calendar days in the same way as it received the price.

1. If the payment was made by credit or debit card through the e-shop, the Company, once it has received the price from the Bank, will be obliged to inform the Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will take any action provided. The Company, following this information, bears no responsibility for the time and manner of execution of the rebuttal, which is regulated by the contract drawn up between the issuing bank and the Customer.
2. If the payment was made by cash on delivery or deposit in a bank, the refund will be made to a bank account indicated by the Customer, noting the IBAN, the name of the beneficiary and the bank to which the original email with the request for refund refers money.
3. If the payment was made with PayPal, the refund will be made via PayPal.

In case the order has not been delivered to the transport company (courier / transport), then Lili Hatzopoulos will return the entire amount to the customer.

In case the order has been delivered to the transport company, then Lili Hatzopoulos will return, upon receipt of the items, the amount received from the Customer reduced by the shipping cost.


Change of order items

In case the Customer wishes to return the product he has bought to change it with another item, he has the opportunity to do so within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the item, provided that the Terms of change / return of items are met, delivering / at any store, presenting the purchase receipt / invoice or change card. . In case of change of items, the Customer will have to choose new items of equal or greater value than the returned ones.

If the Customer is not able to visit our store, the change of items is done with the refund process by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject of CHANGE. The purchase receipt or change card must be enclosed in the email, as well as specifying in which item / items you want a change.

In case of change, the costs of returning the items to the central warehouses are borne by the Customer. If the change occurs due to an error of our Company, the costs are borne by the Company.

Modification of orders

Orders are not subject to change. If you wish to change something, you can cancel your order by following the Cancellation / Refund procedure and then proceeding to a new order.
